Race Manager × Trackcast

Trackcast

A device that rides in the race car and live-casts what it sees.

In-car live-casting device

Your car. On air.
A sport measured in tenths deserves a stream to match.

On a typical platform's 2–5 second delay, a car at 200 km/h is a few hundred meters down the road before anyone sees it. Trackcast rides inside the car and casts into your Race Manager session within tenths of a second — a few car lengths, close enough to call it live.

Gap to real time

Racers measure delay in tenths — and in meters.

How it works

Mount it. It streams itself.

01 — Mount

Put a Trackcast in the car

An Android phone on a mount, or the dedicated unit wired to up to four cameras. Setup ends before the out lap.

02 — Stream

The car goes live on its own

Video rides the LTE uplink over SRT, which recovers lost packets on the way — the stream survives the back straight's dead zone.

03 — Watch

It's already in your session

The live view sits on the session page, next to timing and telemetry. Share a public link for everyone who isn't logged in.

The recording stays on your device. Trackcast always keeps a full-quality local copy, whether or not anyone is watching. The live feed is a copy — never the master.

Every stream is a Race Manager session

Trackcast creates the session for you when the car goes live. During the stint you get the live view; afterwards the recording, laps, and telemetry land in the same place they always do.
